Contact usOne billable conversion is a single successful call to /v1/convert, /v1/normalize, or /v1/validate, counted against your monthly quota. Auth, rate-limit, and quota rejections are never billed. The Free tier hard-stops at its cap, while paid plans meter any overage.

The Free tier hard-stops at 1,000 live conversions/month; further calls return HTTP 429 until the UTC month resets. Test keys do not touch the monthly cap: every account gets a separate one-time pool of 250 test requests, shared across all its test keys and never resetting.
Paid plans never block at the cap. Usage beyond the included volume is metered and billed per 1,000 conversions at the plan's overage rate — in USD from $7.50 per 1,000 on Micro down to $0.62 per 1,000 on Scale, tapering as your committed volume grows. EUR and GBP rates are shown on each plan above.
Transmute bills in USD, EUR, or GBP. Pick your currency above and each plan shows its price and overage rate in that currency. Card is the default payment method, and bank direct debit is available as an option on every paid plan (ACH for USD, SEPA for EUR, Bacs for GBP).
Scale is billed exclusively by bank direct debit in your billing currency: ACH for USD, SEPA for EUR, Bacs for GBP. Card payments are not available on Scale. Before upgrading, you add your bank account in the dashboard (a one-time mandate setup); that account is then used for the upgrade and all renewals. Every other paid plan accepts card or bank debit, whichever you prefer.
Yes. Enterprise on-prem runs in license mode: unlimited within the license, rate limiting preserved, on your infrastructure. Contact us for terms.
