Installing

Android blocks installs from outside the Play Store until you allow them, one source at a time.

1. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installs from your browser or file manager — allow it for that app.
2. Play Protect may warn you about an app from an unknown developer. That warning appears for every app installed outside the Play Store; it isn't a finding about this app. Verify the checksums above, then continue.
3. Install, and revoke the "unknown apps" permission afterwards if you'd rather not leave it on.

Updates

Apps installed this way don't update themselves. Forbidden Finance checks for a newer build and tells you when one is ready — you'll come back here to download it.

When we reach the Play Store, we'll publish it signed with this same key, so you'll be able to move across without reinstalling or losing anything.
