We use passkey authentication, so there's no traditional password to reset. If you're having trouble signing in, use the "Forgot access" flow on the login page or email us at [email protected] and we'll help you get back in.
Bank connections can occasionally require re-authentication, especially if your bank updates its security. Go to Settings > Bank Connections and click "Reconnect" on the affected account. If the issue persists, email us with the bank name and we'll investigate.
Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can downgrade to Free instead of canceling entirely — you'll keep your data and manual tracking capabilities.
Absolutely. Your data is yours. Export transactions, budgets, and account data as CSV anytime from Settings > Data Export. Premium users also get API access for custom integrations.
